This session is often helpful if eating feels habitual or disconnected from physical cues.
Walking Rejuvenation
This embodied SSAP session is designed for use during walking.
It supports gentle consistency, rhythm, and movement without pressure.
The SSAP Core Series
If more than one of the above feels relevant, a complete system may be the most supportive approach.
The SSAP Core Series brings together foundational sessions for release, awareness, and embodied movement.
